My sustainability Progress

I chose the Following Challenges Exercise Eat Healthier Week 1 (2/11 – 2/17/19) For Exercising, I was not really going at all. I was feeling sluggish. I decided to take care of myself and do at least once a week and build up to do more. So, I decided to the gym for an hour. This is one step towards a healthy future and living. Eating Healthier is a bit tricky because I am tempted by processed foods everywhere. Eating Unhealthy is easy , but it can be a contributing factor in many of our most environmental chronic illnesses. I …
