Week 1 (2/11 – 2/17/19)

For Exercising, I was not really going at all. I was feeling sluggish. I decided to take care of myself and do at least once a week and build up to do more. So, I decided to the gym for an hour. This is one step towards a healthy future and living.

Eating Healthier is a bit tricky because I am tempted by processed foods everywhere. Eating Unhealthy is easy , but it can be a contributing factor in many of our most environmental chronic illnesses. I am going to start to eat more fruits and vegetables and bring my own food to work.

Week 2 (02/18-02/24)

For exercising, I slacked off a bit. I still went once a week but I tough out a bit longer.

For eating healthier, I started to prepare my meals the day before.

Week 3 (02/25-03/01)

For the Following week, I pushed harder. I changed up my routine. I added some weights and treadmill so it doesn’t get boring. Towards the end of the week , I felt calm and motivated.

I also followed by eating healthy options. I would bring a protein bar to the gym, instead of stopping by McDonald’s for something quick. I would try to eat salads at least 5 times a week. I would also take my left overs to work in a glass container.

Week 4 (03/04-03/10)

This period, I am exercising regularly. I also walk during my lunch break at work. I try to get it in as much as possible. The same steps count. I also have a step counter that is integrated on my phone. I would try to beat my daily goals.

During this time, I incorporated fresh butters and natural foods in my diet. I went to fresh to farm restaurant. I am also trying to help support farmers markets and eat less meat.
